Ek, die ondergetekende kom met die Berader ooreen oor die volgende terme, deur die aandvaarding van hierdie vorm:

I, the undersigned agrees with the Councillor on the following terms, by accepting this indemnity form:

Dat ek bewus is, dat die berader as fasaliteerder optree en derhalwe nie ‘n sielkundige of maatskaplike werker is nie. Die fasaliteringsproses is geskoei op ‘n helpende verhouding van ondersteuning, bystand en begeleiding ten einde bemagtiging aan my te verleen om optimaal te funksioneer binne my eie kontekste en groepsverband.
I am aware, that the Councillor acts as fasilitator and not as a pshycologist or social worker. The fasilitating process is focussed on a helping relationship of support, and guiding me to function at optimal in my personal life context and groups relations.

Die Berader tree onder die beskerming van die Raad vir Beraders in Suid-Afrika op en is derhalwe gebind deur die regulasies en etiese kode van die Raad soos vervat in die konstitusie. Die Raad vir Beraders in Suid-Afrika is ‘n professionele liggaam en nie ‘n statutêre liggaam nie. Die Berader mag in hierdie geval binne ‘n bepaalde kategorie van spesialisering optree soos vervat in die grondwet.
The Councillor acts under the protection of the Council for Councillors of South Africa and is therefor bound to their rules and ethics code, of the councils as recorded in the constitution. The Council for Councillors of South Africa is a professional body and not a statutory body . The Councillor may in this instance act in a specialized field as recorded in the constitution

Dat in gevalle van persoonlike konsultasies, ekself ten volle aanspreeklik is vir die betaling van die voorgeskrewe fooie (soos aangedui op die voorblad van die web tuiste), vir dienste gelewer in terme van hierdie fasaliteringsproses, en dat synde die berading vrywillig geskied, ek nie die Berader aanspreeklik sal hou vir enige aksies, moontlike vervolgings, of verkwalikings wat uit die beradingsessies mag voortspruit nie. Dat ek die inhoud van hierdie ooreenkoms verstaan en begryp en akkoord gaan daarmee.
In cases of personal consultation, I am fully responsible for the prescribed fee (as indicated on the front page of this website) , for services rendered in terms of this facilitatings process, and that said Councilling is done of free will, that I cannot hold the Councillor responsible for any actions, posible prosecution, or blame that might result from the Councilling session. That the content of this agreement is understood.

Dat Plerous Education alle redelike stappe geneem het om my aanlyn gesprekke met die berader geheim te hou. Dat ek tevrede is met hierdie maatreëls en dit begryp. Dat ek ouer as 18 jaar is en die gesprekkamer op eie verantwoordelikheid binnegaan. Dat my identiteit of kontak besonderhede nie deur hierdie webwerf aan enige iemand bekend gemaak sal word sonder my vooraf skriftelike toestemming nie, hetsy per geskrewe brief of epos.
That I am aware of the fact that online Councilling is a Free Service. That Plerous Education has taken all reasonable steps, to keep online conversations with the Councillor private. That I am


satisfied

with these regulations and understand it. That I am older than 16 yrs and enter the chatroom at my own risk. That my identity will not be made public by this website to anybody without my written approval , by normal national postage.

It is a multi denominational Christian chatroom where we discuss a host of worthy topics such as Bible prophecy, theology and the latest news. Our desire is to provide a Christian-friendly, family oriented atmosphere online. In Order to do that we apply the following rules.

The conversations in the chatroom express the views of the those who participate in the topic discussion and is, not necessarily the views of this Ministry. Any user who feels that a discussion or chat is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by
email . We have the ability to remove objectionable users or messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

You may not use any material or nicknames that is disrespectful of God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, or the Bible. This includes user names or anything in your profile, or sig. (Ex. 20:7)

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this service to express anything that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

The use of profanity will not be tolerated. This includes sexually explicit, vulgar, or other profane language or usernames as well as any any signs or symbols that suggests such. Do not post sexually explicit, vulgar or offensive website addresses (URL's) to the Chatroom. (Eph. 4: 29)

Abuse of this service is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, name calling, insulting, harassing, threatening or in any way invading the privacy of another user. We also strongly discourage giving out personal information such as email addresses, physical addresses and phone numbers in this chatroom. Any information given out in private is at your own discretion and risk. (Eph. 4: 29)

Debate the subject, not the person. It is possible to disagree about a doctrine or subject under discussion without insulting the person with whom you are debating. Also remember that the fact that a person disagrees with you does not mean they are attacking you as a person. Respect each other in the love of God! This is the main reason that threads get stopped, shut down, and even deleted! Users that cannot respect others will be banned. (Lev. 19:18)


No “spamming” allowed. Spamming is flooding the Chatrooms, mass PMs or emailing multiple members of this Chatroom with unsolicited messages. It also includes links in posts or Sigs to sites that sell or solicits funds. No solicitation of any form will be allowed.

Misrepresentation of age, gender or identity on Plerous education is prohibited. Neither will you impersonate any one in this Ministry, including administrators, violation of this rule can and will be grounds for being banned from the Chatroom (Ex. 20:15, Lev 19:11)

Disrespectful or threatening comments toward governmental institutions and/or world leaders will not be tolerated. (1 Pet. 2:13-17)

User names should not contain titles such as Rev. or Dr . We have no way to verify ones education or right to bear such title. Here in the chatroom, we are all on equal standing.

If you have a problem with any of the Counsellors or Chat admin, please keep it private. The counselling team serves this ministry on a voluntary basis. They are human beings and make mistakes. If you disagree with one of their decisions, make use of the PM system or email to get satisfaction. (Matt. 18:15)

This is a privately funded chatroom, we reserve the right to remove any user from this site that we feel are detrimental to the fellowship in this chatroom, or detrimental to the witness of the chatroom, as we see fit. It is not possible to read every chat message. If you see a chatroom violation, please report it using the PM button.

There are two main sections in the Chatroom the Main chatroom and a Private chatroom. The Main chatroom is designed for fellowship and discussion among those who know Jesus Christ as Saviour. The private chatroom is an area where we allow anyone who wishes to be counselled or have a private conversation about God or learn more about our belief to ask questions and learn.
These rules are subject to change at any time without notice. We will make every effort to ensure that users are aware of the changes in a timely manner.
